How long are the group rucks?Our rucks typically last 60-90 minutes and cover 3-5 kilometers, depending on the route. Every ruck ends at an outdoor park for some leisure time with the group.

Do I need to sign up in advance?Yes! We ask that you sign up ahead of time so we can plan routes and ensure a great experience for everyone.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I bring a friend or family member?Of course! Rucking is more fun with friends. Feel free to bring a buddy—just have them sign up too.

What happens after the ruck?After each ruck, we gather at a nearby park to relax, have drinks (BYO), and connect as a group. It’s a great way to meet new people and enjoy Toronto’s outdoors.
